Victory Gardens Theater collaborates with community organizations to build awareness and raise funds and resources for social justice-focused partners. Partnerships are curated to meet the needs of each community organization, and can include free event space, public program takeovers featuring performances, panel discussions, and presentations, and fundraisers. By providing deeply discounted group tickets to interested partners who then re-sell them at a mark-up to guests as part of a fundraising event package, VG helps these organizations build awareness and cultivate new funding.
During the 17/18 Season, Victory Gardens hosted 50 public programs, partnered with 46 community organizations, and raised over $80,000 to further social justice in Chicago and during the 18/19 Season, Victory Gardens hosted 34 public programs, partnered with 48 community organizations, and raised over $14,200 to further social justice in Chicago.
