Stuff you need to know about your ticket purchase.

If You Lose Your Tickets

Don’t worry. Just call us at 773.871.3000 and we will reprint your ticket and hold it for you at Will Call. If you are in a group, it helps if we can get your seat number. If you don’t have it, just let us know the name of your group leader, and we’ll handle the rest.

Fees

All single tickets purchased online, in person and over the phone incur a $1.50 per ticket Historic Restoration Fee. Part of being on the National Registry of Historic Places means we need to keep our building looking sharp. This small fee makes that possible. There is a $2.00 per ticket service fee for all phone orders and a $3.50 ticket service fee for all online purchases. These fees are created automatically by our ticketing system, and unfortunately, we can’t change them.

Single and Group Tickets

Due to market demand, sometimes ticket prices fluctuate. As a result, we can’t issue refunds on ticket balances or honor prices that may have been lower at an earlier date. All sales are final. But, we do want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you notice that prices have changed, contact us, and we’ll do our best to improve your visit in another way.

Subscriptions

Subscription ticket prices include a subscriber discount, plus our standard fees described above. We do our best to redeem subscriptions quickly, and process them in the order in which they are received. New subscribers will be seated following renewing subscribers. Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible at renewal time, but once you receive your tickets you may exchange them for other dates. All sales are final. Sorry, no refunds on individual productions.

Ticket Donations

If you can’t make it to your performance, consider donating your tickets! Ticket donations consist of a voucher redeemable for one pair of tickets to a specific show in the Victory Gardens season at our theatre at the Biograph. Vouchers are valid only for one production, only for preview performances and are non-transferable.

While we would like to grant all ticket requests, Victory Gardens receives more donation requests than we can possibly fill. We are only able to grant a limited number per production and once this limit has been reached, no more requests will be fulfilled. Donations are limited to one pair of tickets only.

It is Victory Gardens’ policy to donate tickets only to organizations with a nonprofit 501(c)3 tax ID number within the Chicagoland area. Priority is given to nonprofit arts and education organizations, but not all requests from these companies will be filled due to a limited number of available tickets.
