Exchanges
Currently ticket exchanges are only available for Victory Gardens Subscribers and do not apply to single/group tickets or non-Victory Gardens productions or special events.
Subscriber Ticket Exchanges
Please contact the Victory Gardens Box Office by phone or in-person no later than noon on the day of your performance.
Tell us which production and date you need to exchange. Once our ticket representative helps you choose a seat location and date, we will exchange your seats instantly and release your old seats for sale. Your new tickets will be available at the Box Office Will Call and can be picked up anytime during Box Office hours. Please note your old tickets will be invalid. Don’t forget to mark your calendar with your new performance date and bring your old tickets with you to exchange for your new tickets.
- There are no service charges for subscribers to exchange tickets. However, exchanges made into a higher priced performance will be charged the price difference. Exchanges to lower priced performances will not receive a refund. Upgrade charges are due at the time of the exchange.
- We cannot guarantee availability or equivalent seating for exchanges. Since we do not save seats for exchanges, please call us as soon as you know you have a conflict. We cannot exchange your tickets after they have expired.
- Ticket exchanges are subject to availability and are limited to tickets for the play.
