Robert Cornelius

Robert Cornelius has performed locally and regionally at Victory Gardens, Court Theatre, First Folio Shakespeare Festival, St. Louis Black Repertory, and the Indiana, Milwaukee, Madison, and Montana Repertories. He recently established The Chicago Academy for Learning and Theater Laboratory, a non-profit theater training facility for at-risk youth to educate them to cope with daily life in their communities, and to develop writing and performance skills. Robert has studied with Gene Koslowski, Jane Brody, Kay Martinovich and Robert Neff Williams of Julliard. As a singer, Robert performed, recorded and toured with local favoties Poi Dog Pondering,and has toured and performed with The Dave Matthews Band, among others.
