Acting Fundamentals I

An introduction to acting techniques, focusing on getting over fears, relaxing, concentrating, focusing on stage and learning the language of theater. The class will extend introductory exercises to work on snesory perception and imagination, as well as development of the vocal and physical instrument. Exercises are derived from improvisation and Stanislavski inspired techniaues. The concept of building an ensemble will be introduced through scene work.
