Scene Study

The script is in front of you. What's next? This scene study class will focus on the acting challenges of scene work from a variety of plays. What questions should you ask? How do you find the the life of the scene, make it your own, and connect with your scene partner? You will be assigned (or choose) scenes that explore the playwright's intent, as well as bring your own instincts and interpretation to the material. Some exercises and improvisation will be used to enhance the process.
